How to Place an Order?(top)
Send an e-mail to sridhar@ushodayaelec.com or send a fax to:+91-40-40158535. for your required components. You can also send a request by filling RFQ form which is available in RFQ page.

Do you require a minimum purchase?(top)
No, we do not have minimum purchase requirements. There is no minimum purchase amount on all orders, at USHODAYA your order is important to us. As a trusted electronic component distributor, we understand that meeting your entire product needs, large or small, is what helps build a great client and distributor relationship. At USHODAYA Electronics., that’s what we strive for.

What payment methods do you accept?(top)
We accept money orders and cashier's checks.

Do you provide any terms of payment?(top)
Payment of the total invoice amount, without offset or deduction, is due 30 days from the invoice date. On any past due invoice, Ushodaya may charge interest from the payment due date to the date of payment (at 1 ½ % per month), plus reasonable attorney fees and collection costs. Ushodaya may change the terms of Customer's credit at any time. Ushodaya may apply payments to any of Customer's accounts.


PRODUCTS
How do I know what is in stock on your website? (top)
All of the products listed on USHODAYA website are in stock.

Are your products new or factory reconditioned?(top)
If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.

What happens if I have trouble getting my product to work?(top)
First, we strive to provide instructions with sufficient detail and order that following them carefully will lead to success. In case of difficulty, you can send us your questions for e-mail support at sridhar@ushodayaelec.com

Are you providing any Warranty to your products? (top)
Ushodaya will transfer to Customer any Product warranties and indemnities authorized by the manufacturer, including any transferable warranties and indemnities for intellectual property infringement. Ushodaya warrants the Products will conform to the manufacturer's specifications.

Do you accept any product returns?(top)
Customer must notify Ushodaya in writing of any damage, shortage, or other discrepancy to Products within 10 days after delivery. After the 10th day Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products and may not revoke acceptance. Customer cannot return Products without a return material authorization ("RMA") number. Returned Products must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons or equivalent. Customer must return all Products, freight prepaid, as specified in the RMA and pay any restocking charges. At Ushodaya's discretion, Ushodaya will return all Products not eligible for return to Customer freight collect, or hold Product for Customer's account at Customer's expense.


SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?(top)
Yes, we do ship products internationally. However, all international orders must be Prepaid with money order, cashier's check or direct bank wire transfer.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?(top)
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?(top)
Once the package was shipped, a tracking will be posted in your account. You will also receive an email notification.

What are Shipping and Handling charges?(top)
The shipping and Handling charges are included in cost proposal.

Do you collect sales tax? (top)
Yes, for domestic orders as per Government of Andhra Pradesh rules.
